PandaDoc is a document automation and eSignature platform designed to simplify the process of creating, sending, and signing documents. If you’ve ever received a contract from us, then you’ve seen a tiny glimpse of what PandaDoc can do! We use PandaDoc for all of our eSignature needs. It worked great for us when Mauve Morpho was a one-man show, and because it is so simple and user-friendly, we will continue to use it as we grow! 

All you have to do is upload your document, drag and drop any fields that need to be filled out, sign, and send! PandaDoc keeps you in the loop for the entire signature process by providing notification when the document is opened, viewed, and completed by each signor.

Whether you need to send out sales proposals, contracts, or quotes, PandaDoc is a useful and reliable tool. The platform integrates with various business tools like Zapier, Salesforce, Stripe, and QuickBooks, enhancing its functionality and making it convenient for users to incorporate document management into their existing workflows.

Every firm is different, and you probably already have some software we need to work with or plan around, along with your immediate and long term goals. Considering all that, there are tons of software options that could make sense, but at the most basic we are probably looking at some of these.

  • Intake Forms using complex webforms like Cognito Forms to handle logic and payment processing
  • CRM or Customer Relationship Manager – tracks your leads, helps handle your sales process and make sure you convert more leads – This could be Lawmatics, Bitrix24Zoho CRMSalesforce, or dozens of other solid options based on your needs.
  • Case Management Software – this is probably Actionstep which you can read more about at the bottom, but could be Caret Legal, MyCase, or even handled in your CRM
  • Social Media management apps like Edgar
  • Document and email templates which are likely part of your Case Management Software but could be HotDocs or another software
  • Calendaring, which could jsut be your Outlook or Google calendar or might work better with CalendlyOnceHub or Squarespace Scheduling
  • Anything else that makes sense for challenges in your firm, like bookkeeping or HR sotware
  • Connecting software like Zapier might be the last piece in connecting all your software together smoothly.

You can read more about Actionstep On our Actionstep Page, but after years consulting and spending a ton of time looking at the options personally when I worked at a law firm, I can confidently tell you if you need a new case management software, there’s at least an 80% chance that it’s the best option for your firm at least in the area of case management, but we can figure that out together when we talk.

If you are loving your current software, then we can definitely find a way to work with it, and even if you do need a case management software, there are those other 20% that would be better served with something else.
