This tool is a service provided by Mauve Morpho.  It is built using the Actionstep API on a flexible platform.  While not everything can be done via API, there are quite a few options and more customized or even automatic options can be custom built for your needs.

All work is based on an hourly rate.  Our current standard hourly rate is $220/hr and tiny tweaks like changing the defaults sometimes take less than an hour, while a completely new tool might take 20+ hours.
