API Tools

Our custom API work is charged at the same rate as all of our other work, at $200 per hour. Some customization is predictable enough to be flat fee, in other cases we can provide an estimate, keep you updated as we go, or work within a budget to accomplish as much customization as possible with that budget. When we customize our ready to go tools, there is also a slight increase to the monthly cost because we have to maintain a separate copy of the tool just for your firm. We are also able to offer discounts on per user tools for any additional users you might need, and you will not need a license for all of your users, you can just give access to those who need it, or even share an account in some cases. 

All of our tools have video examples you can peek at, if you have any other questions let us know. To keep the cost of ready to go solutions low, we unfortunately cannot have individual sales calls for those products. For our tailored solutions we can have a call to answer your questions, but the demo is the existing video and the call is just intended to talk through specifics and get you going. 

All of our services contracts cover any additional help you might need with Actionstep or any of your other systems. So if you need anything else, we are happy to help with those items as well. Until we get to know each other, we do ask for hours to be mostly prepaid 

Most of our API tools are built using a service called ReTool.  ReTool is a secure SOC 2 compliant service hosted on AWS that allows us to quickly make adjustments, manage users, and scale up our offerings with minimal work.  ReTool can connect to any API and many other services like databases and google sheets to allow us to solve lots of different headaches.  ReTool can be used directly through something like the interest calculator and multi-tool, or as a workflow more like Zapier that automatically runs a set of steps when conditions are met or on a regular timetable.
