We use the features inside the software and the existing API options that are available in Actionstep and other software solutions to create simple answers for what can often be complicated processes inside these pieces of software without some kind of custom work.

This page mainly focuses on solutions that would work and help a lot of law firms, but we can also work on extremely specific custom tools for your exact needs, and we also regularly customize the standard solutions here to more precisely fit the needs of your firm.

What is an API?

API stands for application programming interface. I usually describe an API as the connections in the back end of a piece of software that let us connect and do special custom things automatically. One of the great things about building a custom API solution, is that as long as the connections you need exist almost anything is possible. Actionstep and most other modern software options have an API or similar method for accessing and using the data you have in that system. If you are familiar with Zapier, at its core, it is just providing an easy way to interact with APIs in a limited subset of the functionality available in each API. Learn more on our API page. All of our tools have video examples you can peek at. If you have any other questions, let us know. To keep the cost of ready to go solutions low, we unfortunately cannot have individual sales calls for those products. For our tailored solutions we can have a call to answer your questions, but the demo is the existing video and the call is just intended to talk through specifics and get you going.

All of our service contracts cover any additional help you might need with Actionstep or any of your other systems. So if you need anything else, we are happy to help with those items as well. Until we get to know each other, we do ask for hours to be mostly prepaid.
